Joe Devine

CO-CREATOR, CO-HOST Seasons 1 & 2

Joe Devine, Executive in Residence at Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business and President of ExecUCoach Leadership, is a seasoned CEO with over 30 years of experience in business. He has a passion for creating top workplace culture, leadership teams, and connecting people and organizations to communities for mutual success.

His focus is on defining clear missions and visions for organizations with the core value of providing concise expectations. Joe is known for his engaging style and the impact he has made on organizations and community leaders. He successfully negotiated and implemented a merger with substantial financial investments to improve access to healthcare services across the Philadelphia region. He also enjoys motivational speaking to leadership teams.

Rich Miller

co-creator, co-host Season 1

Rich Miller, Executive in Residence at Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business, successful business owner, and former president of Virtua Health, is a seasoned CEO with over 35 years of experience building robust leadership teams. His specialties are mergers and acquisitions, executing strategic planning, expanding market share, creating a positive workplace culture, and cultivating board relations, all skills you can use as your guide for a rewarding career for yourself and positive results for your team. He has successfully used his faith, values, integrity, and love of people to create a legacy. He is the author of Leadership: A Matter of Faith (2020) and has been a frequent public speaker throughout his career.

Christina Renna

CO-HOST Season 2

Christina Renna currently serves as President & CEO of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey. In this role, Ms. Renna oversees a nine-person team and has direct oversight of the Chamber’s work in public policy, membership growth, member retention and overall member experience.

Ms. Renna joined the Chamber in 2007 and served as Director of Government Affairs through early 2010. She returned in 2014 as Vice President, then rose through the ranks before taking over the helm of the organization in January of 2020.

Prior to her most recent stint at the Chamber, in 2010 Ms. Renna served in state government for four years, including as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs in the prior Administration. Ms. Renna’s past work experience also includes government affairs, constituent relations, and communications work in both the private and public sector.


In 2010, Ms. Renna was proud to be named as one of SJ Biz Magazine’s first-ever list of rising stars in the South Jersey business community. Additionally, every year since 2019 she has been listed on both NJBIZ’s Power List as one of the most powerful people in New Jersey’s business community and the ROI-NJ Influencers Power List. Active in the community, Ms. Renna currently serves on the Board of several nonprofit and community organizations in the region. She is also one of 100 Chamber executives selected to be on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce CCC100 Committee, which is comprised of the top 100 Chamber executives in the nation.

A graduate of Vineland High School, Ms. Renna received her BA in political science from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and her master’s in Public Administration, with a minor in City Management, from Villanova University.

Jennifer Maden

executive producer & co-creator, Co-Host Seasons 1 & 2

Jennifer Maden, Assistant Dean and MBA Director at Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business, has a passion for creating a shared vision among stakeholders in complex situations and building pathways to achieve goals. She has led initiatives and teams in university settings on accreditation, market research, marketing, recruiting, admissions, academic advising, curriculum development, and faculty development.

Jen serves on multiple advisory boards related to education, community and culture, and historic preservation. She is an avid gardener and is utilizing urban gardening techniques to create a compact yet thriving mini-orchard surrounded by pollinator-friendly native perennials in her South NJ backyard.

Keith Brand

PRODUCER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR Seasons 1 & 2

Keith Brand is the chair of the Department of Radio, Television & Film at Rowan University and a professor in the department. He teaches courses in sound communication and radio production. Mr. Brand was the host of Sleepy Hollow on WXPN FM for twenty-seven years. He is also a freelance journalist, producing features for NPR’s All Things Considered, Weekend Edition Saturday, and Justice Talking programs. Mr. Brand has also designed sound and music for Independence Seaport Museum exhibits and People’s Light and Theater Company plays. In addition to his work as a creative artist, Mr. Brand is also board chair of PhillyCAM, Philadelphia’s public access media center.
